Privacy policy

Information you share

Our inquiry form asks for your first and last name, phone number, email address, property address (street address and town), requested service and project details. You may optionally attach up to three exterior photos. We also receive the service or design interest associated with the form and the submission time.

We use these details to understand your request, respond and discuss possible next steps. Please share only information relevant to your project. Do not include payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

Inquiries and service providers

The form sends your request to our website’s server, which forwards it to Wix for processing in our business’s contact form. It does not create a public post, confirm an appointment or create a construction contract. Read Wix’s privacy information for its own practices.

Optional photos are uploaded to Wix and linked in your inquiry. Anyone with a photo link can access that photo; please send exterior project photographs only, without personal documents or sensitive information.

Submitting the form requests a response about your project. It does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. If you become a customer, information relevant to the project may also form part of our project communications and records.

Website and technical information

This website is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and security providers handle technical information such as IP addresses, request details and browser information to deliver pages, operate access features and protect their services. Any platform sign-in or access controls are operated by the hosting platform.

We have not added advertising pixels or behavioral analytics to this website. The website has no feature for selling inquiry information. These statements describe this website’s configuration, rather than all practices of every external service. See our cookie and website technology notice.

Optional maps and external links

The OpenStreetMap map loads only when you choose to load it. At that point your browser connects to the map provider, which receives technical request information. You can use the service-area information without loading the map. The map choice is not saved between page loads.

Social photographs and reel covers are stored on this website. Selecting a social card opens the original post on Instagram. Following social, review, manufacturer or other external links takes you to services with their own privacy practices.

Keeping information

How long a record is kept depends on its purpose, whether an inquiry becomes a project, the need to maintain project and payment records, and applicable legal, accounting, warranty or dispute-related obligations. There is no single retention period for every record. Service providers may also have their own retention practices for technical and security records.

No website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. If you believe information sent through this site has been mishandled, contact us using the details below.

Your questions and choices

Email info@broroofing.com to ask about your information, request a correction, access or deletion, or ask us to stop following up about an inquiry. Describe your request without including unnecessary sensitive information. We may need to verify that it concerns your information.

Requests and any applicable privacy rights are subject to the law and its exceptions, including obligations to retain certain records. This notice does not promise deletion of every record in every circumstance.

This site is intended for people seeking exterior services, not for children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us. We may update this notice when the website or our information practices change; the date above identifies this version.
