Changing or cancelling a project
If you need to change or cancel a project, contact us promptly at info@broroofing.com or (802) 595-4072. Include your name and project address so we can locate the agreement. You can also write to the mailing address below.
If your agreement includes a statutory cancellation notice, follow that notice. This page does not narrow any other legally valid way to exercise your rights. Keep a copy of your request and related communications.
Deposits, payments and refunds
Your written project agreement and applicable law govern deposits, payment milestones, changes, cancellations and any refund. Terms can differ according to the project and the circumstances. Review them before accepting an estimate or making a payment.
This page does not make deposits nonrefundable, impose a cancellation charge or establish a single refund timetable for every project. Any amount due or returned must be considered under the agreement and applicable law.
Your cancellation rights
Some transactions carry statutory cancellation rights and require specific notices. Those rights depend on the transaction and are not replaced by this website. Nothing here limits your rights or remedies under applicable consumer-protection or cancellation laws.
Submitting an inquiry or selecting “Emergency Repair” on the website does not waive a cancellation right, authorize construction or confirm an emergency response.
Questions about completed work
If you have a concern about completed work, contact us with the project details and a description of the concern. The agreement and any applicable workmanship or manufacturer warranty determine the relevant coverage and process. A warranty concern and a cancellation request may involve different rights.
